Brandy L. McCray MD, FAAP

Brandy L. McCray, MD, FAAP is a board certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. McCray grew up in San Antonio and is a graduate of John Marshall High School. She graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin and then attended Baylor College of Medicine. At Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. McCray was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society. Following medical school, Dr. McCray completed her pediatric residency through Baylor at the world renowned Texas Children’s Hospital. After working for two private practices following residency, Dr. McCray founded Through the Years Pediatrics in 2006.  She is a member of the Bexar County Medical Society, Texas Pediatric Society, Texas Medical Association, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. McCray currently serves as a co-chair on the Committee on Administration and Practice Management and is a member of the Pediatric Council for TPS. She is a past Chief of pediatric medicine at the Methodist Children’s Hospital.

Dr. McCray is married with two boys and two dogs. She enjoys cooking, reading and exercising in her spare time.
